We have over 25 years of design experience utilizing state-of-the-art CAD programs, and the ability to carry a project from pixels to prototypes, and all the way to the plant floor. Excellence in design is the key to everything we do, and every part originates with a CAD solid model and the ability to analyze the design before any material is ever cut. That way we know your parts will work for you every time.
Part of that design process is knowledge and how to use the best materials for the job, and we capture the best properties of many different alloys. From 4130 Chromoly to High-Strength Super Alloys, Arens has the ability to make those materials work for you. In fact, we’re using materials the other guys don’t even know about. We then take our designs and transfer them directly to the latest CNC manufacturing tools to make those parts as perfectly as we’ve designed them.
The best design, materials & tools are nothing if your welding is not up to the task however, and this is where we really excel. To begin with, our welding fixtures are built to accept only perfectly fitting parts, again working to give us 100% accuracy of the finished products. From there we rely on our robot for perfect welds time after time. Our welding is second to none. The final step in the process is protecting the new part, and in most cases we rely on powder-coat, anodizing, or plating.
